We work with your shelter so it's placed where it's convenient to reach in a hurry and set so the lid opens easy and water drains away — the details that make a shelter something you'll actually use.

• Clean, sized excavation — the hole dug square and to the right depth for your shelter.
• Level set — shelter placed and seated level so the door works and it sits true.
• Solid backfill — packed in around the unit so it stays put through wet seasons.
• Smart placement — sited close to the house and graded so water sheds away from the lid.
• Cleaned-up site — graded back and tidied so you'd hardly know we were there.
